in the Rovers with the worn-out looking hair is Josie, the doctor's
receptionist. Cast as Don Brennan's new "girlfriend"
Josie is a well-meaning but constantly harrassed woman who finds
it difficult to live under the shadow, literally of Ivy's ghost.
A domestic Goddess, all Josie wants is a quiet life and Don. She
doesn't mind that he made the anonymous phone calls to Denise,
she has stood by him when he was nearly made homeless by Nicky
Platt, she even puts up with spooky Sarah-Louise.
