She was left with a bigamous marriage and £17,000 of debts
after Jon pulled the same con trick on her in the early 1990's.
Fortunately she saw Deirdre Rachid's
plight in a newspaper and came forward to Ken
Barlow with her details. Luton CID still had her case on file,
Lindsay was soon arrested, charged and imprisoned and Deirdre
was immediately released from jail on bail.
