An army friend of Jim McDonald. It appears he had an affair with
Liz in the late 1970's (?) when Jim was posted to Norway, but
she refused to leave Jim and the affair stopped. Jim found out
about the affair in 1996 after an army reunion in Macclesfield
and he punched Liz in the face.
