A customer of Brian Tilsley's new S & T Garage. He wanted a re-spray, which Brian sub-contracted to Frank Skinner's Albany Garage. He wasn't happy with the result, Skinner refused to redo the work, so Brian ended up nearly £300 out of pocket.
