Richard Hillman used some of an unknowing Gail Hillman's mortgage advance to pay for a week's holiday for Chris, his wife, Richard and Gail in a villa in Andalucia in a vain attempt to get the bail hostel plans next to Richard's Ridings development at Oakhill cancelled.
Melton was later named in a bribes scandal for the bail hostel.
