Ostensibly a rep from Mercury Fabrics who tried to sell Mike Baldwin some fabrics. When a posh dinner failed, Julia resorted to flirting and made to perfectly clear how far she would go to win an order. She later arranged for Mike to stay at her flat for a weekend.

It was only when Mike received pictures of them in bed together that he realised he had got himself into something very dark. He gave Julia £10,000 in return for the negatives, but when she returned for more money she revealed she was working for Greg Kelly.
