July 1999: Kevin Webster and Alison Wakefield move in together. Two months later, feeling she has been betrayed, Alison moves out and disappears from Kevin's life.

January 2000: After finding her pregnant and working in a cafe in Morecambe, Kevin persuades Alison to return to Weatherfield and she moves back into the flat. Within three weeks they are married.

June 2000: Following the death of baby Jake, Alison Webster tragically dies also, leaving Kevin alone in the flat.

November 2001: Molly Hardcastle moves in with Kevin, first as a friend but later lover, but by the following May the relationship breaks down and she moves out.

August 2002: After much badgering, Kevin persuades a cash-strapped Sally that it's a good idea if he moves back into No13 and he vacates the flat.

2003: Sarah Platt and Todd Grimshaw move into the flat together after they leave school. Todd works in the corner shop and at Weatherfield General Hospital and Sarah starts to work full time in Roys Rolls. After Todd realized he was gay and Sarah lost their baby, they broke up and Sarah moved back home. Todd left Weatherfield for London in mid 2004. The shop is unoccupied at present.

2005: Bev Unwin.

2009: Peter Barlow and son Simon. Peter passes out drunk and drops a cigarette which causes a fire. Peter and Simon are rescued and the flat and shop are redecorated.

2017: Tracy Barlow buys the shop and flat from Peter. Current residents: Todd Grimshaw and Billy Mayhew.
