4. Hospital Administrator (7 June 1998) Mrs Ferris, the Unit Administrator on ITU at Leeds General Hospital, who confirmed to a distressed Natalie Horrocks that her son Tony hadn't been admitted to the hospital. Natalie was the victim of a cruel hoax.
