The builder employed by Alec Gilroy
in September 1998 to knock a doorway through from his flat to
Rita Sullivan's. He later came
to change the locks at the Rovers.
In December 1999 he came to Maxine
Peacock's rescue when she flooded No4 after leaving the bath
running. He redecorated the house in theweek before Christmas.
