Billy Nelson Billy NelsonA pal of Eddie Yeats whom he met in Walton Jail. He turned up in Weatherfield and due to Hilda Ogden's good nature was allowed to sleep on the settee in No13 for a few nights. Unbeknown to Hilda, he was on the the run from the police after running away from court after being found guilty. Fearful of getting into bother with the police again, Eddie 'persuaded' Billy to leave the area. As a parting shot, Billy helped himself to some of Annie Walker's jewelery and Marion's engagement ring ! Eddie managed to recover everything back from local fence 'Monkey' Gibbon.
