Mr Wainwright Mr WainwrightThe manager of the Collusseum Cinema in Weatherfield, who was outraged when Weatherfield Council Watch Committee banned him from showing the saucy film Lola Learns How. He was delighted to learn that Watch Committee member, councillor Alf Roberts was sharing his flat with a blonde barmaid - Bet Lynch - and quickly told the Weatherfield Gazette, who printed it on their front page !
