bin round. We first saw him when he was thrown out by his wife,
and Eddie arranged for him to lodge at No13 for £25 a week
whilst Hilda was away. When Hilda
returned she let him stay on - until his wife Maureen
came round accusing Hilda of being his fancy woman, and Hilda
threw him out.
He was later one of the main instigators of the Great Rovers
Return Binmen's Strike of November 1980.
