1999: Owned by Fred Elliott and occuped by his son, Ashley Peacock with Nick and Leanne Tilsley.
April 1999: Nick decides to emigrate to Canada - alone.
June 1999: Leanne storms out and has to live with her parents at No5 before moving into the Rovers.
September 1999: Ashley marries Maxine Heavey and she moves in from the Salon flat next door.
October 1999: Doreen Heavey leaves her husband Derek and moves in with her newly-wed daughter. After a couple of weeks Derek perusades her back.
December 1999: Russian sailor Sergei Kasparov who befriended Ashley whilst he was sailing back from his Carribbean honeymoon appears on the doorstep unexpectedly. Ater a couple of days he moves in with Audrey Roberts, and is then as swiftly deported. In the mistaken belief Maxine is pregnant, Fred Elliott gives No4 to Ashley and Maxine as a Christmas present. Maxine actually has a kitten, Bella, as a present - but Fred gives them the house regardless.
July 2002: Doreen Heavey has another break-up with Derek and
again seeks refuge with the Peacocks - but much to Ashley's concern,
this time it looks permanent as Derek moves in his girlfriend.
At the end of next month in an attempt to go upmarket, Doreen
buys a name plaque for No4 and christens it "Balmoral";
it lasts a month until she eventually finds it's Ashley who is
defacing it "Immoral" ans the plaque comes down.
January 2003: Richard Hillman breaks into the house intent on killing Emily Bishop. Maxine returns from a party and surprises him. He swings the crowbar and hits her on the head, killing her. Emily survived. Ashley is devastated. Ashley later hires a nanny, Claire and months later they fall quietly and sweetly in love. Claire moves in and Ashley and Claire marry at Christmas 2004 and continue to share the house with Fred.
2006: Claire gives birth to Freddie. Fred dies on his wedding day to Bev Unwin.
2008: The Peacocks are feeling the credit crunch. They sell their house to the Websters and buy Number 13. Current residents are the Webster family.
2010: Kevin and Sally divorce after she finds out he had an affair and child with Molly Dobbs.
2017: Sally and Tim Metcalf. Sophie and Rosie Webster. Gina Seddon (Sally's sister)
